Gameplay & Controls

How do I move the bubble?: Swipe left and right. The bubble follows your finger horizontally and stays at the same height — there is no up or down. Tilt controls can also be enabled in Settings if you prefer to steer by leaning the device.
The first time I played, a short tutorial appeared.: That is the one-time swipe tutorial. It waits for your first touch and then gets out of the way. It is shown once per profile and does not come back.
The game gets harder the longer I survive.: It does, on purpose. Obstacles arrive more often and their gaps move more as a run goes on, up to a fixed maximum. It does not keep getting harder for ever.

Ads & Rewards

I watched a rewarded ad but did not receive the reward.: First, close and reopen Bubble Sway — a reward that was interrupted is sometimes credited when the app next starts. If it is still missing, contact us with the approximate date and time, which reward you expected, and your device model. The more precise the time, the easier it is to trace.
The Watch Ad button is greyed out.: That usually means no ad is loaded yet — often a weak connection, or an ad that has just been watched and is still being replaced. It comes back on its own once one is ready. Free Gold also has a daily limit, and the card says so when you have reached it.
Do I have to watch ads to play?: No. Rewarded ads are always optional and give you something in return. Bubble Sway also shows occasional full-screen ads between runs; those can be removed with a purchase, described below.

How does Bubble Sway PRO work?

PRO is a one-time purchase that gives you:

A one-time bonus of 1,000 Gold, on the purchase itself
No more forced full-screen ads between runs
One free continue per run, without watching an ad

PRO does not remove the optional rewarded ads — Free Gold and extra lives are still there to watch if you want them. The free continue is one per run, not unlimited.

What does Remove Ads remove?

Forced full-screen ads between runs, and nothing else. Optional rewarded ads remain available, because they are how you earn Gold and extra lives without paying. Remove Ads does not include the PRO gold bonus or the free continue.

I own PRO. Should I also buy Remove Ads?

No. PRO already removes forced ads, so the Remove Ads card shows as included and cannot be bought again.

I bought Gold but my balance did not change.

Reopen the app first: a purchase interrupted mid-way is completed the next time the game starts, and it is credited once and only once. If the balance is still wrong, contact us with the approximate time of purchase and what you bought.

Was I charged twice?

Billing is handled entirely by the platform store, so your purchase history there is the authority. Contact the store about a duplicate charge, and contact us if the game did not grant something you were charged for.

Restore Purchases

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Bubble Sway PRO and Remove Ads are permanent purchases and can be restored. Gold packs are consumable and are not restorable — once spent, they are spent.

Restore Purchases is not in the app's screens yet. It will be available in the release version, in the Shop. Until then, please do not buy a product twice to get it back — contact us instead.

Technical Problems

My progress disappeared.: Progress is saved on the device itself, so it does not follow you between devices and it is removed if the app is deleted or its data cleared. There is no account to sign back into. If it vanished without any of those happening, let us know what you were doing at the time.
The game crashes, freezes or will not start.: Restart the device, make sure the operating system and the app are up to date, and make sure there is free storage. If it continues, send us your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
Do I need an internet connection?: No. The game plays offline. A connection is only needed to load ads, so with no connection the rewarded buttons are simply unavailable and everything else works.
